What is the Election Report Form? The Election Report Form collects the contact information of club officers and advisors to record in the district database. It is crucial for the Presidents of each club to fill out this form after a new executive board is elected.
What is the Monthly Report Form? The Monthly Report Form records the club meetings, service hours, and hours distributed to members of Key Club. It is essential in helping the New York District Key Clubs keep track of its service hour goals. Secretaries must fill out the MRF on the 10th of each month for the previous month. For example, on July 10th, you should be filling out the MRF for June.
What is the Fundraising Report Form? The Fundraising Report Form is used to report donations contributed to charity. If your club hosted a joint fundraiser between multiple schools, only one of the schools has to fill out the FRF. Additionally, fundraiser profits that went to club savings (such as LTC funding, merchandise, etc) should not be reported using this form.

If you want to submit an article to our divisional newsletter (Appreci-8) and/or the district newsletter (The Empire Key), you can do so using the form above! We'd love to hear your voice and experiences. (This form is open to all members of Key Club and is required for club Editors).
